Dans notre architecture, nous essayons de construire des espaces intermédiaires, des entre-deux, des épaisseurs à investir. Ces limites s'épaississent alors différemment selon leur environnement, leur milieu et leur matière. Nous proposons ainsi à chacun des aires d'expérience, entre la rue et la chambre, des lieux potentiels de vie collective, des espaces de transition à habiter, dans un sens d'usage mais surtout, comme dans la maison rêvée de Bachelard, dans un sens de projection de l'imaginaire de ses habitants.
A travers douze projets d'architecture, déjà réalisés ou en chantier, nous vous invitons à une déambulation urbaine, à la recherche du plaisir de construire et d'habiter.
In our architecture, we try to focus on the construction of intermediary spaces, in-between zones, inhabitable thicknesses. These in-between areas take on different forms according to their immediate environment, context, and materiality.
In each one of these areas of experience, between the street and the bedroom, we propose potential spaces of collective experience, of transitional spaces to inhabit, in the sense of use but above all, as in Bachelard's house of dreams, in the sense of a projection of the inhabitant's imagination.
