L’idée des« Biens Communs » est de donner la possibilité à chacun des habitants d’investir non seulement son logement, mais aussi des espaces mutualisés, à mi-chemin entre la rue et la porte palière. C’est la possibilité, par exemple, d’habiter une grande loggia partagée à chaque étage, ou une terrasse sur le toit de l’immeuble, c’est-à-dire d’ajouter, à son bien privé, un bien commun.
Conçues pour accueillir des usages nouveaux, épanouies et généreuses, les parties communes se transforment ainsi en biens communs. Socle du vivre ensemble, elles s’inscrivent au cœur d’une opération résidentielle mixte, fondée sur la complémentarité de 3 programmes de logements : social, intermédiaire, accession participative.
The project “Common Goods” is conceived so that each resident is invited to invest not only in their own “home,” but also in shared spaces, midway between the street and the front door. It’s the possibility, for example, to occupy a broad shared loggia at each floor, or a rooftop terrace. The incitation to associate a common good with one’s own private space. Designed to incorporate new uses, cheerful and generous, shared spaces transform into common goods. The foundation of “living together,” they are inscribed in the heart of a mixed residential construction, exploiting the complementarity of three housing programs: social, middle-income and participative market-rate housing.
